I’m Tia,

A weightloss fitness coach, and someone who’s lost over 60 pounds by doing things the sustainable way, but it didn’t happen overnight.

I struggled with my weight for years. I fell into the trap of yo-yo dieting and trying every “quick fix” I could find. I was in the dark about what actually worked and thought endless cardio was the only way to lose weight.I know what it feels like to want change, start strong, fall off, and wonder why nothing ever sticks. My journey taught me that real transformation comes from structure, support, and learning how to work with your body instead of fighting it.

Now, I help real women build strength, confidence, and discipline through personalized coaching that fits their real lives. I focus on long-term results, not extremes helping you stay consistent, build habits that last, and become someone who doesn’t quit when things get hard.
